Thus my comment and question stem from your Wednesday broadcast.Comment – I was saddened to hear the degrading comments directed towards you. But I’m glad you have the capacity to lean into those while at the same time let them roll off your back. Remedy: plūmae anatis. (I wonder if Super D will have to look that one up 😆). I for one give you a standing O and applaud all that you do in sharing your wealth of knowledge and that of your guest speakers. Keep up the fantastic work! You guys are an absolute joy to listen to and your show is one of the many bright spots of my day!
Question – Due to my having dense breast tissue I get both a mammogram and ultrasound. A few times now I’ve heard you talk about mammograms not being the healthiest ‘prevention’ diagnostic tool. Several weeks ago I did hear your guest speaker talk about an alternate type of mammogram but she is way too far for me to travel to. What do you think about ultrasound? Or do you recommend something else?
