Tuesday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

In Win Against Censorship, Appeals Court Rules in Favor of Doctors Who Allege Medical Boards Violated First Amendment The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 5th Circuit has revived a lawsuit by theAssociation of American Physicians and Surgeons (AAPS) against medical certification boards and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), alleging censorship of doctors during the COVID-19 pandemic. The court found that the medical boards, in collaboration with DHS, potentially stifled free speech by threatening to revoke physicians’ licenses for expressing dissenting views on COVID-19 policies. The ruling allows AAPS to proceed with its First Amendment claims, arguing that these actions had a chilling effect on doctors’ speech. The court emphasized the need for discovery before requiring AAPS to name specific speakers. Additionally, the court rejected the District Court’s dismissal of the case for lack of standing and allowed AAPS to amend its complaint. The decision underscores the importance of open debate in medical and scientific discussions, especially concerning controversial topics like COVID-19 policies.

Special Guest James Roguski

James Roguski is a researcher, author, natural health proponent and an activist who believes that the old systems are rightfully crumbling, so we must build their replacements quickly. James uncovered documents regarding proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations and was instrumental in raising awareness about them which resulted in the amendments being rejected. James is now doing everything possible to expose the WHO’s hidden agenda behind their proposed “pandemic treaty” as well as the WHO’s ongoing attempts to amend the International Health Regulations.

The Amendments to the IHR have been adopted The 77th World Health Assembly has adopted significant amendments to the International Health Regulations(IHR). These changes expand the authority of the WHO, particularly in declaring and managing public health emergencies of international concern. Key amendments include the definition and handling of pandemic emergencies, coordination of health product production, and the imposition of health measures such as quarantine and vaccination mandates. The amendments also establish a Coordinating Financial Mechanism to fund these regulations’ implementation, with a focus on developing countries. Critics argue that these changes enhance global governance over national health policies, reducing individual and national sovereignty in managing health crises.

Questions of The Day!

Howdy How do I purchase this ammonium (muriaticum)?

Hi Robert!
Thank you for your response! We have been using the gel inside of large aloe leaves. But what you said about upper GI issues (due to undigested food in her poo) resonated with her – She’s also been experiencing stomach symptoms lately. After she eats, she feels like excess acid is secreted and then she experiences stomach discomfort, almost as though her food was digested too quickly. She also reports feeling fatigued. Could this be gastritis? H pylori maybe? In which case is there an Upper GI (silver) protocol? Thank you!!

Last night my daughter had a 103 temp with a headache. (she doesn’t drink enough water) I had her drinking water with some electrolytes and hydrogren water is her normal drinking water. Today her fever is down to 100.3 but her knees and ankle/heels hurt and also by her elbow. She’s 11- any idea what could help with that? She has actually been complaining of knee pain for a few days before she had this fever.

Robert. Good day. I’m having a challenge digesting the Boericke’s Materia Medica. Can you assist?
Sammie Reid ND.

Increased consumption of processed foods, sedentary lifestyles, and greater exposure to pollutants and toxins are highlighted as contributing factors. The article also discusses the role of stress and mental health issues, which have become more prevalent among Gen X, potentially impacting their overall health. The need for better preventive measures, early detection, and lifestyle modifications are emphasized to address this growing health concern.
