Hour 1
The MAHA Commission’s Blueprint to End Childhood Chronic Disease The Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) Commission’s comprehensive plan, led by Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., to confront the explosion of chronic disease among U.S. children through environmental, nutritional, and regulatory reform. The Commission identifies ultra-processed food, chemical exposure, sedentary lifestyles, and pharmaceutical overreliance as the main drivers of illness and calls for a full realignment of national health priorities. Its blueprint proposes four core pillars: advancing independent, whole-person research; strengthening regulatory oversight of food, agriculture, and water safety; reforming healthcare education toward prevention and nutrition; and expanding public health literacy through nationwide campaigns. The recommendations include reinstating whole milk in schools, banning harmful additives, addressing endocrine-disrupting chemicals, and promoting physical activity and mental resilience in schools. The plan urges the Environmental Protection Agency, National Institutes of Health, and Department of Agriculture to coordinate on toxin reduction, air and water monitoring, and microplastic research. MAHA frames this as a moral and generational imperative, arguing that the medical system has treated chronic illness as normal and that restoring children’s health requires addressing systemic environmental neglect. The Commission’s vision redefines health as a national security issue, asserting that a healthy population is foundational to freedom, productivity, and social stability.
Special Guest: Josh Hendrix
Born and raised in the Bluegrass State and a University of Kentucky alumnus, Josh Hendrix relocated back to Central Kentucky in 2014 on a mission to help rebuild the US hemp industry. Seeing a need to bring farmers, processors, manufacturers and supporters of the industry together, Josh founded the Kentucky Hemp Industries Association that summer and has served as President and on the board of directors for the group. He was also a founding member of the US Hemp Roundtable where he has served on the Board of Directors since it’s inception and recently served as President in 2019. In 2015 he created and became President of Hendrix Hemp, a licensed hemp producer that managed hemp cultivation on his family’s, Mayflower Farm, in Mount Sterling, KY for 3 years. In early 2017 Josh was appointed to serve on the Board of Directors for Friends of Hemp where he still serves and in 2019 he was elected to the Board of Directors to the US Hemp Growers Association. He was elected to serve on the Board of Directors for the US Hemp Authority in early 2020 as well. He is also the host of the very popular podcast, the Hemp Happy Hour, where he discusses the emerging industry with a variety of guests. Most recently Josh served as the Director of Business Development and Hemp Production for CV Sciences, Inc. where he worked with numerous universities, farmers, businesses, and organizations to help facilitate the infrastructure necessary to establish a modern domestic supply chain for hemp in the United States.
Congress’s THC/Hemp Ban Could Upend $28 B Industry Nationwide A recently passed federal spending bill—signed on November 12, 2025—fundamentally rewrites U.S. hemp law, effectively outlawing most hemp-derived consumable products containing psychoactive cannabinoids. Under the new legislation, the definition of “legal hemp” has been narrowed: any hemp product sold for ingestion or inhalation must contain no more than 0.4 mg total THC per container. That cap replaces the old standard (0.3% delta-9 THC by dry weight) and extends to all cannabinoids with “similar effects,” including delta-8, delta-10, THCA, HHC and synthetic derivatives. As a result, virtually all current hemp-derived edibles, drinks, vapes, and other cannabinoid goods—typically dosed at several milligrams THC per serving—will become federally illegal starting November 12, 2026. The article highlights that this change, tucked into must-pass legislation to avert a government shutdown, reverses a core part of the 2018 removal of hemp from the Schedule I controlled-substances list, and threatens what is currently a multibillion-dollar industry with major economic, legal, and regulatory fallout. Many manufacturers, retailers, and hemp-farm businesses warn that this will wipe out product lines, destroy investments, and disrupt supply chains currently operating under state-level regulation.
US Congresswoman Unveils Bill to Repeal Federal Hemp Product Ban Representative Nancy Mace of South Carolina has introduced a bill to repeal the newly enacted federal ban on intoxicating hemp products, which took effect as part of a government funding package earlier this month. The ban, included in the November 2025 spending bill, redefined legal hemp to include a cap of 0.4 milligrams total THC per container, effectively outlawing the majority of hemp-derived consumer products such as delta-8 and delta-10 THC edibles, drinks, and vapes. Mace’s legislation, co-sponsored by bipartisan lawmakers including Representatives Thomas Massie, Zoe Lofgren, and James Baird, seeks to restore the 2018 Farm Bill’s broader definition of hemp that allowed a thriving cannabinoid market under state oversight. Industry leaders warn that the federal restriction threatens billions in revenue, thousands of small businesses, and state regulatory frameworks designed to maintain consumer safety without criminalizing hemp-based commerce. The proposed repeal emphasizes the need for balance between consumer protection and economic freedom, arguing that Congress overreached by inserting a hemp ban into unrelated budget negotiations. Mace framed the repeal effort as a defense of farmers, entrepreneurs, and personal liberty, contending that hemp reform should occur through transparent legislative debate rather than last-minute appropriations riders. The bill now heads to committee review, where advocates expect an intense fight between industry groups, prohibition supporters, and federal regulators over the future of hemp-derived cannabinoids in the U.S. economy.
Welcome back to another “Homeopathic Hits” episode on The Robert Scott Bell Show!
On The Robert Scott Bell Show today, we highlight Robinia pseudacacia — a remedy that Boericke characterizes almost entirely by one dominant feature: intense, persistent acidity. Everything is sour: the taste, the eructations, the vomiting, even the breath.
This acidity extends upward into the throat, producing burning, choking and constant regurgitation. It is one of homeopathy’s most focused and powerful remedies for hyperacidity and acid-related headaches.

Hour 2
‘Stunning’: Only 1 in 7 Germans With Positive PCR Test Had COVID Infection The article reports on a recent peer-reviewed study by German researchers Günther, Rockenfeller, and Walach, which compared SARS-CoV-2 PCR-test data from accredited laboratories (covering most PCR testing in Germany between 2020–2023) with subsequent IgG-antibody results to assess who had actually been infected. Their mathematical modeling found that only about 14% of people who tested PCR-positive ever developed antibodies — meaning only roughly 1 in 7 positive PCR tests corresponded to a true infection. According to the authors, this suggests an “86% false-positive rate,” implying that mass PCR testing substantially overstated the actual number of infections during the pandemic. They argue this “significant overcounting” helped justify sweeping restrictions, mandates, and public policy measures on shaky data. The piece criticizes how PCR results were treated as equivalent to confirmed infection, warning that the practice blurred important scientific and epidemiological distinctions and caused social, economic, and personal harm through unnecessary restrictions. The article concludes that future public-health strategies should prioritise more reliable diagnostics (like antibody testing or clinically confirmed cases) rather than over-relying on PCR positives to guide policy, especially when testing is widespread and many positives may reflect minimal or non-viable viral fragments rather than active disease.
AVIAN FLU PANDEMIC OR PANDEMONIUM? I Tried to Warn You All About the False Positives from Non-Quantitative RT-PCR on SARS-CoV-2… No One Acted. Now AIV H5 RT-qPCR Is Set to Repeat the Same Catastrophe. The author argues that the world risks repeating the diagnostic fiasco experienced during COVID-19 because public-health officials remain poised to treat raw RT-qPCR “positives” for avian influenza (AIV H5) as definitive evidence of infection — despite the known risk that non-quantitative PCR testing can generate massive false-positive rates when used at population scale. He critiques how during COVID-19, many initial warnings about the limitations of PCR (such as non-standardised cycle thresholds, lack of negative sample controls and absence of confirmatory sequencing) were ignored, leading to widespread overestimation of cases and mass panic. Drawing on a prior analysis that estimated only about 14% of PCR-positive individuals in Germany developed antibodies — suggesting roughly an 86% false-positive rate — the author warns that similar misuse of PCR for avian-flu surveillance could produce a “pandemonium” built on diagnostic noise rather than real disease. He calls for strict reforms: every positive sample used in public-health decision-making must be confirmed via nested PCR and Sanger sequencing, labs must provide transparency on Ct values, primer sequences, and perform regular auditing of false-positive and false-discovery rates, and governments should not base pandemic policy on unverified molecular tests. The author frames this not as scientific cautionism but as a defence of truth in diagnostics, arguing that without these safeguards, authorities risk repeating a cycle where fear, policy, and public health are driven by artifacts — not biology.
FDA’s No. 2 Vaccine Official Demands Introspection After Report Linking COVID Shots to 10 Children’s Deaths The article reports that FDA vaccine-division director Vinay Prasad issued an internal email calling for deep agency introspection following findings that linked at least ten deaths of children between ages seven and sixteen to COVID-19 vaccination. The deaths were reportedly connected to myocarditis, a heart inflammation condition already under scrutiny since early vaccine rollout. Prasad described the discovery as “a profound revelation,” arguing that the agency had never previously acknowledged any vaccine-related child fatalities in its official communications. He criticized prior leadership for ignoring safety signals and delaying meaningful review, questioning why the analysis took years to complete. The memo demanded resignations from staff unwilling to embrace what Prasad termed a “safety-first reform mandate.” Following this disclosure, the FDA announced plans to raise approval standards for all vaccines, requiring larger pre-market trials, long-term monitoring, and a full re-evaluation of pediatric and pregnancy recommendations. The internal shift aligns with broader reforms at the Department of Health and Human Services under Robert F. Kennedy Jr., who has prioritized transparency and post-market surveillance reforms. The memo triggered sharp debate in public health circles: some praised Prasad’s candor as overdue accountability, while others warned that it could erode public confidence without sufficient context or corroborating data. Nonetheless, the article concludes, the event marks a significant cultural shift within the FDA toward more cautious, evidence-based vaccine oversight.

California Issues Update to Reaffirm That Vaccines Are Not Linked to Autism The press release reports that the West Coast Health Alliance — a coalition formed by the states of California, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii — has formally reaffirmed that vaccines are not linked to autism, rejecting recent changes by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) that questioned that conclusion. The Alliance specifies that decades of rigorous research involving millions of people around the world consistently show no causal connection between any routine childhood immunization and the development of autism spectrum disorder (ASD). The statement emphasizes that autism is a complex neurodevelopmental condition with multiple genetic and environmental influences and warns that attributing it to vaccination misleads families and stigmatizes autistic individuals. The release reiterates that vaccines remain one of the most effective tools for preventing serious infectious diseases and urges parents and caregivers to rely on trusted scientific evidence and guidance from reputable medical organizations as they make immunization decisions.
Question of The Day!
Hi Robert and Super Don,
First, I enjoy watching your daily RSB Show. Second, I have a question on last Wednesday’s show (11-26-2025), you opened the 2nd hour of your show talking about Aluminum. This topic reminded me of the mild abrasive/polishing agent Kaolin (Kaolinite) that is used in dental herbal/etc. toothpastes, supplements, food additives, over the counter (OTC) medications, combat gauzes, cosmetics, etc. When I looked Kaolin up online it stated that Kaolin (Kaolinite) was a commercial clay composed of hydrated aluminosilicate. In the herbal/etc. toothpastes, when I saw Kaolin (Kaolinite) was associated with aluminum, it made me pause and go towards complete avoidance. What are you thoughts and insights about aluminum-based Kaolin used as an ingredient in toothpastes, etc.?
Thank you,
Beth
