Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for Townhall.com, PJ Media.com, Americangreatness.com, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

Trump’s ex-surgeon general slams RFK Jr.’s vaccine cuts: ‘People are going to die’ Former U.S. Surgeon General Dr. Jerome Adams, a staunch defender of vaccine innovation during the Trump administration, warns that cutting nearly $500 million in mRNA research—especially into potential future vaccines—could have tragic consequences, bluntly stating, “people are going to die.” Acting quickly: on Sunday’s Face the Nation, Adams condemned HHS Secretary RFK Jr.’s decision to halt mRNA vaccine funding, including the discontinuation of late-stage development of a potential H5N1 avian flu vaccine. He emphasized that backing away from mRNA—one of the most adaptable and promising platforms in modern medicine—threatens global health resilience. Drawing a powerful analogy, he said stepping back from mRNA now is like abandoning antibiotics after discovering penicillin or walking away from computers following the microchip era. Experts argue these cuts severely diminish the U.S.’s ability to respond swiftly to future pandemics, undermining scientific leadership and national preparedness. This moment is a call to confront the consequences of sidelining breakthrough health technologies in favor of narrow narratives. Health freedom supporters must insist on continued innovation and transparency, ensuring that no political agenda halts progress in safeguarding lives against emerging health threats.

Newsflash: Governments Lie Ron Paul, writing via the Ron Paul Institute for Peace & Prosperity, emphasizes that government manipulation of economic data is a long-standing practice, not an isolated occurrence. He supports President Trump’s firing of Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) head Dr. Erika McEntarfer after allegations that jobs numbers were being massaged to make the economy appear worse than it is. Revised data for May and June showed 258,000 fewer jobs than initially reported, with July’s numbers also weaker than expected. Paul points to the BLS’s decades-old practice of excluding “discouraged workers”—those who have stopped looking for work—from unemployment statistics, and counting part-time workers as “employed” even if they want full-time jobs. Economist John Williams of ShadowStats estimates that including these groups would raise the true unemployment rate to around 20%. Inflation data is also manipulated through “chained CPI,” which assumes consumers maintain purchasing power by substituting cheaper goods, such as replacing steak with hamburger, even though this lowers living standards. Williams’ analysis suggests true inflation could be closer to 12%. These distortions allow the government to downplay economic struggles, reduce cost-of-living adjustments for benefits like Social Security, and mask the real erosion of purchasing power. From a health freedom–supportive perspective, the article reinforces how institutional dishonesty erodes trust and transparency, underscoring the need for independent data, citizen vigilance, and grassroots reporting. The message is clear: when official narratives conflict with lived reality, it’s the people’s responsibility to uncover and share the truth.

The PREP Act Must be Repealed James Roguski delivers a powerful, unapologetically health freedom–focused argument for repealing the PREP Act, a law initially enacted in 2005 that shields pharmaceutical companies and healthcare providers from liability when deploying medical countermeasures during declared public health emergencies. Roguski emphasizes that this sweeping immunity undermines individuals’ fundamental rights—due process, free speech, and access to a jury trial—by placing unelected bureaucrats above the law. He denounces the law’s centralization of power in the Secretary of Health and Human Services, effectively allowing unilateral declarations that trigger legal protections, with no requirement for clinical trials, safety data, or oversight. In Roguski’s view, the PREP Act played a key enabling role during the COVID-19 era, accelerating mandates, experimental treatments, and corporate profits while silencing dissenting voices and protecting negligent or harmful actions. In true health freedom spirit, Roguski highlights that bipartisan legislation—such as the PREP Repeal Act introduced by Rep. Thomas Massie and Rep. Paul Gosar—offers a tangible pathway to restore accountability. He calls on grassroots activism, information-sharing, and civic engagement to reclaim medical autonomy and dismantle a law that has turned tragedy into profit and silenced the injured.

RFK Jr.’s Call for Fewer Chemicals Is Being Hijacked by Big Ag’s GE Microbes Agribusiness giants are shifting the narrative to suit their interests—rebranding genetically engineered (GE) microbes as “green” alternatives to chemical fertilizers in response to RFK Jr.’s crusade against toxic agricultural chemicals. These engineered organisms are promoted as innovative tools for sustainable farming, suggesting they can boost crop yields while reducing chemical dependence. Yet beneath the environmental marketing lies a high-risk experiment: once introduced into soil, GE microbes can reproduce, mutate, and spread unchecked. Experts warn these engineered microorganisms may disrupt delicate soil ecosystems, transfer genes unpredictably to other organisms, and potentially forge new pathogens, threatening long-term ecosystem stability. The alarming reality is that these GE microbes are largely unregulated under outdated legislation, leaving communities and ecosystems exposed to irreversible and untested biotechnological hazards. From a health freedom perspective, this shift—co-opting a movement for fewer chemicals and weaponizing it for corporate profit—underscores why vigilance matters. True health protection demands transparency, grassroots awareness, and stringent regulation of novel technologies. We must resist the repackaging of GE microbes as environmental saviors when they may serve as silent, uncontrolled threats, ensuring the original intent of chemical reduction isn’t undermined by Big Ag’s relentless pursuit of profit.

ANH Lawsuit Against FDA Homeopathy Guidance Gains Media Attention The Alliance for Natural Health USA (ANH-USA), joined by homeopathic manufacturer Meditrend, has scored a significant legal victory: a federal court has ruled that the plaintiffs possess standing to challenge the FDA’s 2022 guidance, which revoked the longstanding Compliance Policy Guide (CPG 400.400) and reclassified homeopathic drugs as “new drugs” subject to onerous approval protocols. This guidance effectively dismantles the traditional regulatory framework that allowed homeopathic remedies to exist outside the expensive, clinical-trial-centric drug approval system. The judge dismissed three of ANH-USA’s four claims but allowed a critical argument to proceed—specifically, that the FDA lacked a sound safety justification for revoking CPG 400.400. During the process, ANH’s General Counsel Jonathan Emord articulated that the decision has already endangered the homeopathic supply chain, with retailers like Whole Foods removing products and manufacturers retreating from the market amid intensified enforcement pressures. The court also ordered the FDA to produce its complete administrative record to determine whether its safety concerns were legally defensible—a pivotal step for ANH-USA as the lawsuit progresses. ANH-USA remains fully committed to appealing and defending the legal autonomy of homeopathic medicine. From a health freedom standpoint, this case underscores the crucial need to protect access to low-risk, consumer-preferred therapies and preserve diversity in healthcare options, preventing regulatory overreach from eliminating time-honored and valued natural health choices.

Hour 2

‘Distracting the public’: group of health professionals call for RFK Jr to be removed A coalition of over 3,000 health professionals calling itself Defend Public Health has issued a public demand for President Trump to remove HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr., claiming his policies and messaging divert attention from what they describe as the true drivers of poor health in America. In their statement, the group accuses the administration of neglecting systemic issues—such as poverty, food insecurity, lack of healthcare access, and the toll of gun violence—while focusing public discourse on what they consider less critical matters, like banning certain food dyes. Coalition leaders, including public health researcher Elizabeth Jacobs and Dr. Georges Benjamin of the American Public Health Association, argue that these priorities under Kennedy’s “Make America Healthy Again” initiative create distractions from core public health challenges. They have outlined their own agenda, which centers on expanding healthcare access, maintaining high vaccination rates, funding independent scientific research, combating childhood hunger, and reducing firearm-related deaths. The group warns that Kennedy’s approach could erode trust in health institutions and delay action on life-threatening issues. They also vow to intensify advocacy efforts, work with lawmakers, and engage the media to push for leadership they believe will return focus to evidence-based policies. From a health freedom perspective, this pushback illustrates the deep divide over what “public health” should mean—whether it is defined by centralized, one-size-fits-all mandates or by a broader conversation that includes transparency, diverse viewpoints, and accountability to the people.

Special Guest: Gilbert Martina

Gilbert Martina is a Caribbean-born ancestral healing teacher, meditation guide, and the creator of the forthcoming Blenchi Sanctuary. After a successful career in healthcare and organizational change—including his role as Advisor to the Board of Managing Directors at Curaçao Medical Center—he experienced a life-changing turning point that challenged his view of health, identity, and purpose.

This led him to study ancestral traditions, meditation, and spiritual healing across cultures—from the Andes to the Amazon. Today, Gilbert blends Afro-Caribbean and Indigenous wisdom with modern leadership insight to help people reconnect with their body, intuition, and sense of truth.

He is the author of the upcoming book Healthy Minds – Healthy Nation, a call to action for holistic healing at both the personal and systemic levels. The book is supported by a grant from the Dutch Foundation for literature as part of its Regulation Literature Caribe initiative, recognizing projects that explore transgenerational trauma and mental health in Caribbean societies.Through his teachings, retreats, and the development of the Blenchi Sanctuary, Gilbert offers a new way to think about transformation—one rooted in remembrance, reconnection, and cultural healing.

Welcome to another Homeopathic Hits segment on The Robert Scott Bell Show!

On The Robert Scott Bell Show today, we look at Lacticum Acidum—homeopathically prepared lactic acid.

Known in biochemistry as a byproduct of fermentation and muscle metabolism, in homeopathy it becomes a targeted remedy for metabolic imbalance, nausea, and joint pain. It shines in certain cases of diabetes, chronic gastric irritation, and persistent rheumatic discomfort.
