Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for Townhall.com, PJ Media.com, Americangreatness.com, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

American Voters Overwhelmingly Back MAHA Policies, Support Spans Party Lines A recent poll indicates that a significant majority of American voters support the Make America Healthy Again (MAHA) policies introduced by Health and Human Services Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. The survey highlights broad, bipartisan approval for initiatives targeting chronic illness prevention, reducing environmental toxins, increasing food supply transparency, and limiting pharmaceutical influence over public health. Key findings include that 51% of respondents suspect COVID-19 originated in a lab, reflecting increasing distrust of official narratives. Support for MAHA crosses traditional party lines, with Independents and a sizable segment of both Republicans and Democrats endorsing Kennedy’s approach to restoring health integrity. The policies are designed to address root causes of chronic disease by advocating for cleaner food, banning harmful additives, and promoting personal responsibility in healthcare decisions. Kennedy’s efforts are also resonating due to their emphasis on informed consent, vaccine safety, and medical freedom, themes that have grown in importance since the pandemic. Public enthusiasm for these policies appears to transcend partisan loyalty, positioning MAHA as a potential unifying platform. The data suggests that Americans are hungry for a health policy framework that prioritizes transparency, prevention, and accountability over pharmaceutical dependence and regulatory capture.

Army Blackhawk Pilot Faces Discharge After Refusing mRNA Shot — Despite Trump’s Reinstatement Order Chief Warrant Officer-3 Brandon Budge, a decorated Army Blackhawk pilot with more than two decades of service, is facing discharge from the military after refusing to take the COVID-19 mRNA vaccine, despite President Trump’s executive order reinstating service members previously discharged under vaccine mandates. Budge’s case underscores ongoing resistance within military bureaucracy to fully comply with the new policy direction. The Department of Defense acknowledged that the original mandate had been unlawfully implemented, but Budge is still being processed for discharge, illustrating systemic inertia and possible defiance of civilian oversight. Budge’s legal team and supporters argue that continuing disciplinary measures violate the intent of Trump’s order and send a troubling message to service members who exercised their right to bodily autonomy. The case has sparked debate about military leadership’s adherence to changing federal directives and whether unvaccinated personnel are being unfairly targeted or sidelined. Advocates say Budge’s treatment reflects deeper institutional problems within the Pentagon regarding vaccine policy, legal consistency, and respect for service members’ rights. The outcome of Budge’s case could set a precedent for how other reinstatement cases are handled, and whether the executive branch can ensure its orders are carried out by a potentially resistant defense establishment.

New York’s Attack on Medical Exemptions Gives School Officials Power to Override Doctors on Vaccines New York State has adopted a controversial policy that allows school administrators to override medical vaccine exemptions granted by licensed physicians, prompting backlash from parents, medical professionals, and civil rights groups. Under the new rules, non-medical personnel, such as school principals or district staff, can reject a doctor’s determination that a child should be exempt from one or more vaccines due to medical conditions. Critics argue this policy endangers vulnerable students, particularly those with complex or rare health conditions for whom vaccination could pose significant risks. Medical experts caution that bureaucrats lack the training and clinical knowledge to make informed decisions about individualized health risks. The policy raises broader concerns about the erosion of informed consent and parental rights, placing state authority above the professional judgment of healthcare providers. Legal challenges are being prepared by advocacy groups, who assert that the policy violates both state law and constitutional protections around medical freedom. The move is viewed by many as part of a broader trend in tightening vaccine mandates and restricting autonomy under the guise of public health. The decision has amplified calls for legislative reform to safeguard the role of physicians in medical decision-making and restore checks on administrative overreach.

Covid-19 Vaccine Reform Is Moving Slower Than Many Had Hoped Despite rising public demand for accountability and change, reforms to COVID-19 vaccine policy are progressing at a slower pace than anticipated, hindered by entrenched bureaucratic and institutional resistance. While the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) has withdrawn blanket recommendations for COVID-19 vaccines in healthy children and pregnant women, and the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) now mandates randomized controlled trials for certain new products, critics argue these steps fall short of addressing core systemic issues. The mRNA platform continues to dominate federal health strategies, even as evidence of waning efficacy and mounting adverse events grows. Reform advocates, including independent scientists and public health watchdogs, contend that a fundamental re-evaluation of risk-benefit frameworks is needed, particularly in light of widespread post-market surveillance failures. Policy inertia, regulatory capture, and political considerations have slowed efforts to implement meaningful change. Furthermore, those who previously voiced concerns about mandates or lack of informed consent remain marginalized from mainstream discussions. The report concludes that while some incremental progress has been made, substantial obstacles remain in correcting course and realigning vaccine policy with long-term safety, scientific integrity, and public trust. The struggle for reform is ongoing and requires sustained public and political engagement.

Trump DOJ Investigates Biden’s Pardons: Report The Department of Justice, under President Trump’s administration, has opened an investigation into presidential pardons issued by former President Joe Biden, focusing on questions surrounding the authenticity of the signatures and the possible use of an autopen. Central to the inquiry are claims that Biden may have lacked the mental competency to authorize the pardons himself during his final days in office, raising constitutional and procedural concerns. Among the controversial clemency actions are pardons granted to Biden’s son, Hunter, and other close associates. Investigators are scrutinizing discrepancies between Biden’s known handwriting and the signatures on several documents, which some claim appear to be machine-generated. Critics argue that if true, the use of an autopen without clear personal authorization could represent a breach of executive protocol. Legal experts note, however, that proving incapacity or unauthorized delegation will be challenging without direct evidence. The probe reflects broader concerns over Biden’s health, transparency in presidential authority, and the safeguards meant to prevent abuse of power in clemency decisions. The outcome could have lasting implications for how future administrations handle executive pardons and could fuel further political polarization in an already contentious election season.

Hour 2

Special Guest: John Hewlett

John Hewlett is the founder and formulator of Cardio Miracle. He created CARDIO MIRACLE in order to help the hearts of his fellow man. In fact, had it not been for his own personal experience with a nitric oxide boosting supplement, he may not have survived to share his story and later develop the finest nitric oxide supplement on the planet.

In 2007, Hewlett narrowly survived complications from an emergency appendectomy. The surgery and subsequent complications including internal bleeding from a nicked vein ultimately impacted his own genetic and emerging cardiovascular issues. While hospitalized in critical condition, the doctors recommended heart bypass surgery following multiple complications from the appendectomy, and he knew that it was time to search for natural alternatives.

This brush with death launched Hewlett on his quest to discover natural and effective ways of improving his cardiovascular and overall health. His pursuit eventually led him to a fascination with nitric oxide, and to leave his multi million dollar financial profession to advocate for nitric oxide during the past 16 years. In 2013, after several years of marketing and researching nitric oxide options, he determined that formulating his own product, with the latest science and organic and food based ingredients, was necessary to create the finest nitric oxide supplement in the world. Due to his own personal miracle, and because nitric oxide had been called the “miracle molecule” in leading medical and scientific  periodicals, he decided to call his decade-plus masterpiece, CARDIO MIRACLE. Hewlett believed that the ingredients he had carefully researched and formulated would stimulate and express safe, sustained nitric oxide in the vasculature of the human body.

RFK Jr. To Tell Medical Schools to Teach Nutrition or Lose Federal Funding Health Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. has announced a forthcoming policy that would require American medical schools to incorporate nutrition education into their curricula or risk losing federal funding from the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). Speaking at an event in North Carolina, Kennedy emphasized the lack of nutrition training in medical education, stating that many medical schools do not offer comprehensive courses on nutrition, which he believes is essential for preventing and managing chronic diseases. He plans to implement this policy within the next year, aiming to shift the focus of medical training from solely treating illnesses with pharmaceuticals to also emphasizing preventive care through proper nutrition. While the specific details of the policy are yet to be finalized, some medical institutions have responded by highlighting their existing nutrition programs. For instance, Weill Cornell Medicine and the University of North Carolina School of Medicine have pointed out their extensive nutrition curricula. However, a 2015 study revealed that medical students received, on average, only 19 hours of required nutrition education over four years, indicating a significant gap in training. Kennedy’s initiative has garnered support from nutrition experts who argue that enhancing nutrition education is long overdue and crucial for addressing diet-related health issues. The plan aligns with broader efforts to reduce chronic disease rates and supports his “Make America Healthy Again” initiative, which seeks to integrate holistic health into public policy. By tying federal funds to curriculum reform, Kennedy aims to create lasting institutional change and equip future doctors with tools to emphasize prevention, lifestyle factors, and patient education over reactive pharmaceutical treatment.

Scientists Say They’ve Found The Hidden Culprit Behind Aging — And It Could Change Everything Recent research has identified necrosis, a form of uncontrolled cell death, as a significant contributor to aging and various diseases, including cancer. Unlike apoptosis, which is a programmed and orderly cell death process, necrosis results in the rupture of cell membranes, releasing harmful substances into surrounding tissues and triggering inflammation. This chronic inflammation is associated with the progression of age-related diseases and the deterioration of bodily functions. The study highlights that necrosis not only accelerates aging but also creates an environment conducive to cancer development by promoting metastasis and impairing immune responses. Researchers suggest that targeting the pathways leading to necrosis could offer new strategies for extending healthspan and combating chronic diseases. This paradigm shift encourages scientists and clinicians to move beyond traditional approaches that focus primarily on symptom management and instead emphasize cellular health and damage prevention. If therapeutic interventions can be developed to reduce necrotic activity, they may not only slow biological aging but also provide protective effects against cancer and inflammatory disorders. These findings have far-reaching implications, potentially influencing the development of new pharmaceuticals and altering how longevity and chronic disease prevention are approached in clinical settings. The discovery of necrosis as a hidden driver of aging underscores the need for greater research investment into cellular death processes as a key to unlocking healthier, longer lives.

Doctor Reveals the ‘Hateful 8’ Seed Oils That Could Harm Your Health A growing number of health experts and influencers have raised concerns about the so-called “Hateful 8” seed oils—canola, corn, cottonseed, soybean, sunflower, safflower, grapeseed, and rice bran oils—claiming they may contribute to inflammation and chronic diseases like heart disease and diabetes. These oils are high in omega-6 fatty acids, which, when consumed in excess and without a balanced intake of omega-3s, can disrupt the body’s inflammatory balance. Critics argue that the industrial processing of these oils, often involving high heat and chemical solvents, may produce harmful compounds that negatively impact health. As a result, some health professionals recommend reducing the intake of these seed oils, especially those found in processed and fried foods, and instead opting for healthier fats like olive oil, avocado oil, and coconut oil. These alternatives are rich in monounsaturated fats and have been associated with various health benefits, including reduced inflammation and improved heart health. However, it’s important to note that the scientific community remains divided on this issue, with some studies suggesting that seed oils, when consumed in moderation and as part of a balanced diet, may not be as harmful as claimed. Ongoing research continues to explore the complex relationship between dietary fats and health outcomes.

Seed Oils Are Not Bad For You Contrary to claims that seed oils are detrimental to health, a body of scientific evidence suggests that these oils can be beneficial when consumed as part of a balanced diet. Seed oils like canola, soybean, and sunflower are rich in polyunsaturated fats, particularly linoleic acid, an essential omega-6 fatty acid. Studies have shown that linoleic acid can help reduce low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol levels, thereby lowering the risk of heart disease. Additionally, research indicates that increased intake of linoleic acid does not elevate markers of inflammation or oxidative stress, countering the argument that omega-6 fatty acids are inherently pro-inflammatory. Nutrition experts emphasize that the health impact of seed oils largely depends on the overall dietary context. While excessive consumption of processed foods high in seed oils may be linked to health issues, using these oils in moderation and as part of a diet rich in whole foods, fruits, vegetables, and omega-3 fatty acids can support cardiovascular health. Furthermore, critics of seed oils often rely on animal studies or outlier data that may not accurately reflect human dietary patterns. Advocates argue that demonizing seed oils distracts from larger dietary problems, such as ultra-processed food consumption and lack of fiber. Ultimately, the prevailing scientific consensus is that seed oils are not inherently harmful and can fit within a heart-healthy, evidence-based nutrition strategy when consumed responsibly and in proper balance with other dietary fats.

Question of The Day!

Hey RSB! Just wondering if you know of a “better” option for a bank to use? A more honest or trustworthy bank. I remember you speaking with someone about her using a bank and having a good experience with them even as she traveled internationally, but I cannot remember who you spoke with and what bank she was referring to. Thanks!
Hannah

Welcome back to another “Homeopathic Hits” episode on The Robert Scott Bell Show!
Today we turn our focus to Formalinum, a homeopathic preparation made from formaldehyde—yes, the same chemical used in embalming fluid and vaccine preservatives.
But in homeopathy, it’s repurposed to help the body detoxify and recover from toxic insults, especially those tied to industrial chemicals, over-vaccination, or environmental overload.
