Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for Townhall.com, PJ Media.com, Americangreatness.com, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

Henry Kissinger, former secretary of state who shaped decades of U.S. policy, dies at 100
Henry Kissinger, a key figure in shaping U.S. foreign policy, has passed away at the age of 100. A Jewish refugee from Nazi Germany, Kissinger served as Secretary of State and National Security Adviser under Presidents Nixon and Ford. He was known for his role in normalizing relations with China, easing tensions with the Soviet Union, and his involvement in the Vietnam War and U.S. bombing of Cambodia. While he won the Nobel Peace Prize for his efforts to end the Vietnam War, his legacy is controversial, with critics labeling him as a war criminal for his actions in Vietnam, Cambodia, and support for regimes in Argentina, Chile, Indonesia, and Pakistan.

White House worked with YouTube to censor COVID-19 & vaccine ‘misinformation’: House Judiciary Committee
Documents obtained by FOX Business reveal that in 2021, the Biden administration collaborated with YouTube to target and remove content deemed as COVID-19 and vaccine misinformation. This effort, led by the then White House Director of Digital Strategy, involved discussions with YouTube about their content policies and the removal of videos. This revelation has sparked debate about the role of government in online speech regulation and the balance between public health messaging and freedom of expression.

‘If We Get Away With It, It’s Legal’: Documents Reveal New Details on U.S. Government’s ‘Censorship-Industrial Complex’
The article discusses the “CTIL Files,” based on documents from a whistleblower, revealing U.S. government censorship activities since 2017. These files, released by journalists Michael Shellenberger, Alex Gutentag, and Matt Taibbi, show collaboration between government agencies, private-sector firms, academia, and nonprofits to combat alleged misinformation and disinformation. The CTI League, a key player in this “Censorship-Industrial Complex,” began as a volunteer project but evolved into a significant influence on official projects, including those of the Department of Homeland Security. The documents highlight tactics like masking censorship within cybersecurity institutions, pressuring social media platforms, and engaging in offensive operations to influence public opinion.

UN group will demand Americans eat less meat to satisfy Paris Climate Accords, report says
The United Nations is set to advise Americans to reduce meat consumption as part of an initiative to meet the Paris Climate Accords’ goals. This guidance, expected to be announced at the COP28 summit, targets wealthier nations like the U.S. and Australia to curb their “overconsumption” of meat. The UN’s Food & Agriculture Organization (FAO) highlights that livestock farming accounts for a significant portion of global greenhouse emissions. The FAO’s recommendations also include helping farmers adapt to changing weather patterns and reducing emissions in farming, emphasizing the environmental impact of food systems, especially in developed countries.

For Decades, FDA Allowed Factory Farm Pork Producers to Use Drug Linked to Cancer
The FDA is considering withdrawing approval for the antibiotic carbadox, used in pig feed, due to cancer concerns. This drug, banned in the EU, Canada, China, Brazil, Australia, and the UK, has been linked to liver cancer and birth defects in lab animals. Despite the UN’s determination that there is no safe level of carbadox residues in food, the FDA has allowed its use for decades. The drug also impacts the gut microbiome of swine and may contribute to antibiotic resistance in humans, challenging the notion that its use in livestock does not affect human health.

As Dec. 1 Deadline to Reject Controversial WHO Proposals Looms, Activists Mount Global Opposition Efforts: Global activism is intensifying against the World Health Organization’s proposed pandemic treaty and amendments to its International Health Regulations (IHR) as the December 1 deadline nears. Critics of these proposals argue that they could grant WHO increased authority, erode national sovereignty, and pose a threat to health freedom. Campaigns are being organized worldwide to oppose these amendments, with some viewing them as a significant threat to sovereignty and others considering them part of a broader trade dispute and power struggle.

Hour 2

Report: Nazi doctors weren’t just ‘a few bad apples.’ Simplistic stories won’t help guard against future medical abuses: The involvement of medical professionals in Nazi atrocities was not just the work of a few outliers but indicative of a broader moral collapse in society. The Lancet Commission’s report on medicine, Nazism, and the Holocaust highlights the need to understand this history to guard against future abuses. It reveals that the complicity of medical practitioners in Nazi crimes was extensive and often willing, challenging the notion that these were isolated incidents. The report emphasizes the importance of history-informed professional identities in healthcare to prevent the recurrence of such ethical failures.

Questions of The Day!

Hi RSB and Super D,
My question is related to the homeopathic hits, and was curious if Robert has ever made his own homeopathic remedy? Gathered the source material, and diluted and succussion? Obviously not something harmful like bothrops, Lachesis, rhus tox….
How difficult would it be to make a remedy?
Kenneth

Hello!
I am new to this walk in health and faith and am considering it a blessing to have found the RSB show to help me in my slow walk into healing. My daughter was vaccinated (before I new better!) and we have been detoxing and dealing with the allergies that developed due to these shots.
I am looking to have another child, but realized, through research, that I (and my daughter) both have the MTHFR mutation, so no Folic Acid–which is in EVERY PRENATAL commercially available.
I was wondering if you could recommend a place to begin my research into finding a GOOD prenatal supplement regimen?
I am not sure how to begin, so I appreciate your assistance.
Sincerely,
An Overwhelmed Mama
