Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

Is Free Speech a Relic in America?
The article discusses concerns about the state of free speech in America, particularly in light of federal judge Terry Doughty’s condemnation of the Biden administration for potentially launching “the most massive attack against free speech in United States history.” The article highlights the Biden administration’s efforts to coerce social media companies into suppressing certain viewpoints and content, raising questions about the erosion of First Amendment rights and the increasing acceptance of government censorship among the public.

House Votes to Formalize Impeachment Inquiry into Joe Biden
The House of Representatives voted to formalize an impeachment inquiry into President Joe Biden. The inquiry aims to investigate whether Biden is compromised and traded official acts for foreign dollars. The resolution’s adoption enables House investigators to enforce subpoenas and gather evidence. The vote was largely along party lines, with Republicans unanimously supporting the resolution and Democrats opposing it.

Federal Judge Pauses Trump January 6 Case Amid Appeal
Federal Judge Tanya S. Chutkan ruled to pause former President Trump’s January 6 case as he appeals a decision to have the case dismissed. Trump claimed presidential immunity for actions connected to his office on January 6. The pause in proceedings comes amid ongoing legal debates and could potentially delay the trial, originally set for March 2024, further complicating the timeline of the case.

Exclusive—Green Beret Veteran John Frankman: The Army’s Letter to Soldiers Discharged for Refusing the COVID Vaccine Won’t Make Things Right, But Here’s What Will
The article discusses the U.S. Army’s letter to soldiers discharged for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine, which offers them the opportunity to request a correction of their military records and apply to return to service. Green Beret veteran John Frankman criticizes the Army’s approach, stating that the letter lacks an apology and fails to address the hardships faced by these soldiers. He argues that the Army’s policies during the pandemic led to mistreatment of soldiers, violated religious freedoms, and ignored medical exemptions. Frankman calls for accountability from military leaders and Congress, restitution for affected service members, and a sincere apology to restore trust and address the recruiting crisis.

House Proposal Would Expand Federal Warrantless Spying Authority
The House of Representatives is considering a bill that could significantly expand federal digital surveillance powers. The FISA Reform and Reauthorization Act of 2023 aims to modify Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA), potentially broadening the scope of electronic communications collected and law enforcement’s access to this data. The bill has faced criticism from civil libertarian groups and individuals like Edward Snowden for its potential to infringe on privacy rights.

Hour 2

This is bigger than COVID: Why are so many Americans dying early?
The article addresses the concerning trend of increased early deaths in the U.S., even after the worst of COVID-19. Life insurers have noted an alarming rise in “excess” deaths, with 158,000 more Americans dying in the first nine months of 2023 compared to the same period in 2019. The increase in deaths is particularly notable among young working-age people. The article calls for an urgent investigation into this trend, suggesting that factors beyond COVID-19, such as chronic diseases, drug overdoses, and possibly the impact of COVID-19 vaccines, could be contributing to the rise in mortality rates.

Canada Reports 300% Increase in ‘Unspecified Causes’ of Death, Sparking Calls for Investigation
A Canadian government report reveals a 300% increase in deaths due to “unspecified causes” from 2019 to 2022, making it the fifth leading cause of death in the country. This significant rise in deaths from unknown causes has led to calls for an investigation into potential links to COVID-19 vaccines. The report highlights a drop in life expectancy and an increase in total deaths compared to historical norms. Health experts, including Drs. Pierre Kory and Peter McCullough, suggest that the dramatic rise in deaths from unspecified causes represents a shift in Western medicine and warrants further examination, particularly in relation to the COVID-19 vaccination rollout.

Questions of The Day!

I have followed Robert and other awesome natural med people for years. The problem that I can’t get around is that I can’t take, nor afford, the volume of herbs/supplements that are recommended for my health issues. I know a solid naturopath of other alternative specialist might be helpful with that, but where do I find them. I’ve not found any near me.
One question, for example is how can on find out how to safely transfer from an allopathic treatment to a natural treatment? A good friend was recently diagnosed with a blood clot (sepathic?, not deep vein thrombosis, but from his groin to his calf and felt the need to get treatment going quickly, but doesn’t want to overdo the treatment by starting on natural bllod thinners while taking the Eloquis. How do we navigate these situations?
