Thursday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

Hour 1

Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for Townhall.com, PJ Media.com, Americangreatness.com, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

EXCLUSIVE: CDC Drafted Alert for Myocarditis and COVID-19 Vaccines, but Never Sent It The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) drafted an alert in May 2021 about the emerging connection between myocarditis (heart inflammation) and COVID-19 vaccines but ultimately did not send it. This decision came despite evidence from studies, experts, and agencies, including the CDC, indicating that all four COVID-19 vaccines available in the U.S. could cause myocarditis. The first cases of this condition were reported soon after the vaccines’ introduction in late 2020. The CDC typically communicates health information through the Health Alert Network (HAN), but in this case, chose to issue a “clinical considerations” document instead, which acknowledged the increased myocarditis cases post-vaccination but still recommended vaccination for most people over 11 years old. This decision has raised questions about the CDC’s handling of vaccine safety information, especially in light of their issuance of an alert for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine related to blood clotting issues. Critics and experts have called for more transparency and investigation into the CDC’s decision-making process regarding these alerts.

The Eye-Popping Interest Payment Spike On Our National Debt
The United States’ national debt, currently at $34 trillion, has led to a significant increase in interest payments, now surpassing the combined net worth of several American billionaires. In fiscal year 2023, net interest payments on the national debt reached $659 billion, a 39% increase from 2022. This rise in interest payments highlights the challenges of managing the national debt, as even increased federal tax collections, totaling $4.4 trillion in fiscal year 2023, have not stemmed the growing debt, which is projected to exceed $46 trillion by 2028.

WH Declines to Designate Houthis as Foreign Terrorist Organization
The Biden administration has chosen not to designate the Yemen-based Houthis as a Foreign Terrorist Organization, despite their attacks on U.S. troops and shipping in the Red Sea. Instead, the State Department has designated the Houthis as a Specially Designated Global Terrorist group, a decision that has drawn criticism for not being as stringent as the Foreign Terrorist Organization designation. This decision reflects a balance between holding the Houthis accountable and not impacting Yemeni civilians adversely.

Supreme Court appears ready to curb power of executive agencies
The Supreme Court is considering limiting the power of federal agencies to regulate, showing skepticism towards the 1984 Chevron case precedent, which urges courts to defer to administrations’ interpretations of law. The cases under review involve Atlantic herring fishermen challenging a federal agency’s fee requirement. Conservative justices and legal scholars argue that the Chevron doctrine has led to an overbearing bureaucracy and excessive presidential power, suggesting a need for the judiciary to ensure a balance between legislative and executive powers.

Parents Are Winning The Battle For School Choice
The movement for school choice in the United States is gaining momentum, with parents increasingly opting for alternatives to public schooling. Ten states now offer universal school choice, allowing taxpayer dollars assigned for education to be used for charter schools, private school tuition, or homeschooling expenses. This shift is driven by parents’ desire for better educational environments and is reshaping American public education. However, the movement faces opposition from teachers’ unions, which argue that vouchers and school choice programs can lead to segregation and don’t adequately support disabled students.

Tim Kaine Did Favors for University President Wife After Senate Ethics Warning
Senator Tim Kaine continued to assist his wife, Anne Holton, and George Mason University, where she served as interim president, despite a warning from the Senate Ethics Committee. In 2019, the Committee advised Kaine against participating in events exclusively with George Mason University. However, emails reveal that Kaine lobbied the Biden White House to appoint Holton’s chief of staff to a key role and introduced a bill to increase emergency coronavirus relief funding to universities following discussions with Holton. These actions provided financial and public relations benefits to the university, which received substantial pandemic funding. Kaine has faced previous conflict of interest allegations due to earmarks for George Mason University and has scrutinized others for similar conflicts involving their spouses. His office asserts that his actions and legislative efforts are based on what is best for Virginia and are not influenced by any individual, including his wife.

Hour 2

Exposed: Moderna’s Vaccine Against Vaccine Dissent
Moderna, facing financial challenges due to decreased demand for COVID-19 booster shots, has been actively involved in countering vaccine skepticism. The company collaborated with The Public Good Projects (PGP) to address vaccine hesitancy by identifying and responding to critics of vaccine policy. This partnership, known as the “Infodemic Training Program,” aims to equip healthcare professionals to counter vaccine-related misinformation. Moderna has also utilized artificial intelligence to monitor online conversations about vaccines, focusing on high-profile vaccine critics in independent media. PGP, funded by a biotechnology lobby group representing Pfizer and Moderna, has played a role in flagging content for removal from social media platforms. The efforts of Moderna and PGP highlight a broader trend of powerful entities, including government, Big Tech, and Big Pharma, branding dissenting opinions as risky speech. This approach raises concerns about the intersection of public relations, public health, and censorship.

Questions and Comments of The Day!

Hi Robert and Super Don,
A quick thank you for posting your different sponsors.
We have ordered twice now from DefytheGrid for Goldbacks. They have incredibly fast and accurate service. Each order has arrived in excellent condition and boy howdy are they beautiful.
Even though we live in Washington state (not yet able to use them here), we are sharing with friends, adult children and grands in different states. Also, adding a note to teach them about the Goldbacks, hoping to help spread the word.
Thanks also for sharing your Homeopathic Hits & Detox Dialogs.
This Patreon is appreciative and grateful.
Your friend, Dayleen

Hello Guys,
I’m not sure;–Did I hear Sucharit Bhakdi say that many of the “jabs” were nothing more than placebo?
Thx Bill

Hello RSB! It’s Hannah again. So, I am actually an American but I currently live “abroad” (thanks Super D) with my husband (Romanian) and two little ones. My parents will be sending me some things from Nutritional Frontiers in the mail!
So, on NF website, in order to buy anything, I have to create an account (either as a patient or a professional). In order to create an account, I need to enter a “practitioner/affiliate ID”. If it’s possible, I would like to order things as a guest customer since I do not have this ID. Unless, that is, you could provide for me a patient ID : )
Anyways, I have reached out to NF twice via email and haven’t had a response. I cannot call them because there isn’t an international number, of course. Any idea on what I can do??
