Special Guest: Jonathan Emord

For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. Poll: 67% of Voters Say Joe Biden, 81, Is Too Old to Serve a Second Term
A Quinnipiac poll reveals that 67% of voters believe President Joe Biden, at 81 years old, is too old for a second presidential term. This sentiment reflects concerns within the Democratic Party about whether Biden should continue as the nominee. Only 31% of those surveyed think Biden is not too old for another four years. The poll also questioned Biden’s physical and mental fitness for the role, with 35% affirming his physical fitness and 34% his mental fitness, while 62% and 64% respectively disagreed. The survey, conducted from February 15-19, 2024, involved 1,421 registered voters and has a margin of error of ±2.6%. Special Counsel Robert Hur recently referred to Biden as an “elderly man with a poor memory” in a report on the classified document scandal, further questioning his competency for trial and ability to recall basic personal facts.

Governments Must Reject New Amendments to International Health Regulations
The World Health Organization (WHO) is pushing for amendments to international pandemic laws that could significantly impact global public health policy and individual freedoms. These proposed amendments to the International Health Regulations (IHR) aim to give the WHO unprecedented authority during public health emergencies, potentially overriding national government decisions. Critics argue that these changes would centralize power with the WHO, an organization scrutinized for its handling of the COVID-19 pandemic, including its stance on mRNA vaccine safety data, community masking, and support for China’s lockdowns. The amendments, expected to be finalized in May 2024, would legally bind states to follow WHO directives during international health emergencies, raising concerns about sovereignty, transparency, and the potential for global censorship and bio-surveillance. Critics urge heads of state to explicitly reject these amendments to preserve national autonomy and protect public health decision-making from undue influence.

Kennedy, CHD Win Injunction in Landmark Censorship Case Against Biden Administration
A federal judge issued a preliminary injunction against key Biden administration officials and agencies, prohibiting them from coercing or significantly encouraging social media platforms to suppress or censor online content containing protected free speech. This decision, however, is stayed until the U.S. Supreme Court rules on a similar case, Murthy v. Missouri. The lawsuit, led by Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and Children’s Health Defense (CHD), alleges that the Biden administration colluded with social media platforms to unlawfully censor online content. Judge Terry A. Doughty’s ruling represents a partial victory for Kennedy and CHD, emphasizing the importance of free speech rights under the First Amendment. The case highlights the alleged efforts by the administration to suppress speech that contradicts government narratives on COVID-19 and other issues, raising concerns about future actions to suppress alternative views, especially in the context of emergencies or national elections.

NYC’s non-citizen voting law ruled unconstitutional on appeal
A state appeals court declared a New York City law allowing non-citizens to vote in local elections unconstitutional, siding with Republican officials who challenged it. The law, passed in 2022 but not yet in effect due to legal challenges, aimed to enable green card holders and others with federal work authorization to vote in elections for mayor and City Council, potentially adding 800,000 eligible voters. The court found the law violated the New York State Constitution and Municipal Home Rule Law, necessitating its nullification. Mayor Eric Adams’ administration, which defended the law, has not commented on plans to appeal to the state’s highest court. Critics, mainly Republicans, argued the law would lead to voter fraud and was a tactic by Democrats to increase their voter base. The ruling emphasizes that changes to election laws require a voter referendum, not just a local legislature decision.

Jackpot: NYC Mayor To Give Migrants Pre-loaded Debit Cards Worth Up To $10,000
New York City, under Mayor Eric Adams, is set to launch a controversial program providing migrants with pre-loaded debit cards, potentially worth up to $10,000. This initiative, starting with 500 families at the Roosevelt Hotel in Midtown Manhattan, aims to allocate $1,000 per month to each migrant for purchases at convenience stores. The program’s funding could reach $2.5 billion in taxpayer money over a year, with the fintech firm Mobility Capital Finance managing the distribution, requiring $53 million in fees. Critics question the lack of fraud control and protections compared to SNAP food debit cards, which are restricted to specific food items. This move has sparked debate over prioritizing illegal immigrants over American citizens, especially in the context of the current economic challenges faced by New Yorkers.

American Totalitarian ‘Crypto Dollar’ May Come Before The Election
Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDCs) pose a significant threat to human freedom by potentially replacing cash with programmable, trackable, and censorable digital tokens controlled by governments. Aaron Day, a serial entrepreneur and liberty activist, emphasizes the urgency of this threat, suggesting CBDCs could be implemented in the United States before the 2024 election. CBDCs could enable complete government control over spending, identity, and life, facilitating social credit scores, digital IDs, and vaccine passports. Day’s efforts to combat this include traveling across the country to host workshops, providing participants with knowledge and tools for financial autonomy through self-custody crypto, gold, and silver. Despite some opposition in Congress, the political landscape appears to favor the development of a U.S. CBDC, with President Biden authorizing its exploration and no substantial resistance to prevent its rollout. Day advocates for direct action to boycott the dollar and adopt alternative currencies to prevent the potential tyranny of a CBDC system.

Hour 2

Unvaccinated Florida kids exposed to measles can skip quarantine, officials say
A sixth student at Florida’s Manatee Bay Elementary School has been diagnosed with measles, but health officials, led by Florida Surgeon General Joseph Ladapo, are not advising unvaccinated students who were potentially exposed to the virus to quarantine. Despite the school’s low vaccination rate of 89.31%, suggesting around 114 susceptible students, Ladapo’s letter to parents emphasized the community’s high immunity rate and the educational costs of healthy children missing school as reasons for deferring quarantine decisions to parents or guardians. This approach deviates from the normally recommended 21-day quarantine period for exposed and unvaccinated individuals, given the high likelihood of measles infection. The measles outbreak at the school, which began with a third grader diagnosed on Friday, has led to more than 200 student absences. Measles is highly contagious, with symptoms including high fever, runny nose, and a telltale rash, and can lead to severe complications, especially in unvaccinated individuals.
