Hour 1
Special Guest Jonathan Emord
For the past 37 years, Jonathan W. Emord has litigated against the federal bureaucracy, winning over and over again. Ron Paul calls Jonathan “an expert in constitutional theory and history” and “an expert litigator with a long string of legal victories over the federal bureaucracy.” George Noory calls him “a Knight in Shining Armor” and “a warrior out to save our rights.” Congressmen Dan Burton and John Doolittle describe him as “an intellectual warrior for the rights and freedoms of people in America.” Jonathan has a unique, detailed knowledge of the federal bureaucracy, the deep state. He knows how to defeat it. Jonathan graduated from the University of Illinois (BA, political science and history, 1982) and DePaul University College of Law (JD, 1985). He served as an attorney in the Federal Communications Commission during the Reagan administration. A leading constitutional law and litigation expert, he is the author of five critically acclaimed books. He has won more cases against the Food and Drug Administration in federal court than any other attorney in American history, earning him the nickname “FDA Dragon Slayer.” He is a columnist for Townhall.com, PJ Media.com, Americangreatness.com, and the U.S.A. Today Magazine. He frequently appears on national radio and television programs. He is married to Sheryl Emord, and they have two children, twins Justice and Angelica. They reside in Clifton, Virginia.

ANH Appoints FDA Dragon Slayer as General Counsel The Alliance for Natural Health USA (ANH-USA) has appointed constitutional lawyer Jonathan W. Emord as General Counsel. Known as the “FDA Dragon Slayer,” Emord has a notable track record of successful legal battles against the FDA, having won eight cases on constitutional grounds. Emord will lead ANH-USA’s litigation efforts against federal agencies that infringe on health freedoms. His appointment follows the Supreme Court’s decision to overturn the Chevron doctrine, which had previously granted broad deference to regulatory agencies. Emord’s role will focus on challenging regulatory barriers that violate free speech, due process, and access to natural health products. His extensive experience and commitment to health freedom are expected to bring significant advancements in ANH-USA’s mission to protect and promote natural health. Emord’s legal expertise will be pivotal in navigating the complex landscape of federal regulations and ensuring that natural health options remain accessible to the public.
Biden backs Harris, pushes Supreme Court ‘reform’ in ‘pass the torch’ speech about ending 2024 bid President Joe Biden announced his withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race, endorsing VicePresident Kamala Harris as his successor. In his speech, Biden emphasized the need to “pass the torch” to a new generation, highlighting Harris’s experience and capability. He also called for Supreme Court reform, including potential term limits for justices and a new ethics code. Biden’s decision follows pressure from Democratic allies and concerns about his performance and health. His exit from the race has sparked calls for his resignation, with some suggesting the invocation of the 25th Amendment. Despite the controversy, Biden remains committed to his duties for the remaining six months of his term. Harris, now the presumptive Democratic nominee, faces the challenge of uniting the party and addressing key issues in the upcoming election. She will need to build a strong coalition to tackle pressing issues such as healthcare, the economy, and climate change while maintaining party unity.
17 Facts Expose Kamala Harris’ Far-Left Record Vice President Kamala Harris is portrayed as having a far-left political record, surpassing even Senator Bernie Sanders in radicalism. Highlights of her policies include co-sponsoring legislation to protect illegal immigrants, supporting Medicare for All, and advocating for the decriminalization of illegal border crossings. Harris has also backed defunding the police, banning fracking, and raising money for the Minnesota Freedom Fund, which bails out violent criminals. Critics argue her policies do not resonate with swing state voters and contribute to the perception of a declining standard of living under the Biden-Harris administration. Harris’s record is seen as a liability in her campaign for the Democratic nomination, with concerns that her far-left stances may alienate moderate voters and hinder her electability in the general election. Addressing these concerns will be critical for Harris as she campaigns, needing to balance progressive policies with broader voter appeal.
Will Debt Sink the American Empire? America is facing an unprecedented level of federal debt, currently increasing by a trillion dollars every hundred days and ontrack to reach $35 trillion. The deficit is set to exceed $2 trillion, with debt interest alone crossing $1 trillion, surpassing even the military budget. Historical precedents show that excessive debt can lead to the downfall of great empires, as seen with Rome, Spain, France, the Qing dynasty, and Great Britain. The potential consequences for the U.S. include massive austerity measures, soaring inflation, and significant cuts to social security and Medicare. The article argues that only a political environment of gridlock, similar to the 1990s under Clinton and Gingrich, can halt this runaway train of debt. Without substantial changes, the nation faces a choice between an immediate crisis in Washington or a broader national crisis in the near future. Voters ultimately hold the power to influence this outcome.
Biden’s ‘decline’: GOP lawmakers question what Kamala knew and when she knew it House Republicans are questioning whether Vice President Kamala Harris was aware of any signs of cognitive decline in President Biden before his recent debate performance raised public concerns. Lawmakers like House Foreign Affairs Chairman Michael McCaul and Rep. Scott Fitzgerald suggest that Harris, being in close contact with Biden, should have been aware of his condition. Critics accuse Harris and the administration of covering up Biden’s decline, suggesting that this was part of a strategy to secure Harris’s position as Biden’s successor. Biden’s withdrawal from the 2024 presidential race has intensified scrutiny on Harris, who announced her candidacy following his exit. Republicans argue that Harris’s silence on Biden’s health issues constitutes a significant cover-up, raising questions about her transparency and loyalty to the American public. The debate over Biden’s fitness and Harris’s role continues to fuel political tensions as the election approaches.
Hour 2
Immutable Rules Made Mutable in the New Age The modern era has seen a shift from certainty to probability, likened to moving from a Newtonian worldview to a quantum consideration. This change has createda world where everything feels off and people are constantly questioning the truth. The pandemic response, surveillance state, and globalist power structures have eroded trust in experts and institutions. This lack of reliability has led to a society where nothing can be definitively known, making it easier for elites to manipulate and control the population. The loss of clear, trustworthy facts means that life is now filled with options and probabilities, which can be easily influenced. This approximate world creates a sense of permanent unease as people struggle to adapt to a reality where facts are no longer certain. Additionally, the normalization of these uncertainties has led to a pervasive distrust in established systems and authorities, further fragmenting societal cohesion and making collective action more challenging.
New Evidence Supports Autoimmunity as One of Long COVID’s Underlying Drivers New research suggests that autoimmunity, where the immune system attacks the body’s own tissues, is a significant driver of Long COVID. Researchers transferred antibodies from Long COVID patients into healthy mice, causing symptoms such as heightened pain sensation and dizziness. This study, among the first to show a causal link between antibodies and Long COVID symptoms, highlights the potential for autoimmunity in this condition. Factors prompting this focus include the chronic nature of Long COVID, its prevalence in women aged 30-50 who are also susceptible to autoimmune diseases, and previous findings of autoantibodies in SARS-CoV-2 patients. This research could lead to new treatments, such as intravenous immunoglobulin and FcRn inhibitors, to alleviate symptoms. Further studies are planned to explore how autoantibodies cause disease in Long COVID and to develop targeted therapies. The implications of this research could transform the management and treatment of Long COVID, offering hope to millions affected by persistent symptoms.
PFAS in U.S. Food Supply a Growing Concern, Study Finds A new study reveals that PFAS, harmful chemicals linked to cancer and other health issues, areincreasingly present in pesticides used in U.S. agriculture. Published in Environmental Health Perspectives, the study shows that PFAS account for 14% of all active ingredients in U.S. pesticides, including nearly a third of those approved in the last decade. These chemicals can leach into the pesticides from fluorinated containers, contaminating crops such as corn, wheat, kale, spinach, apples, and strawberries. The findings have prompted calls from environmental groups for the EPA to ban PFAS in pesticides. Despite the EPA’s efforts, including the PFAS Strategic Roadmap and setting limits for PFAS in drinking water, these chemicals remain a significant concern. The EPA is reviewing the new study and faces pressure to update regulations and improve pesticide risk assessments to address real-world exposure scenarios. The growing presence of PFAS in the food supply highlights the urgent need for more stringent regulatory measures to protect public health.
Maine organic farming group sues EPA over forever chemicals The Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Association (MOFGA) has joined a federal lawsuit against the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) for failing to regulate the amount of forever chemicals allowed in sewage sludge. These chemicals, known as PFAS, have contaminated crops and livestock on several Maine farms, leading to significant health and financial impacts. MOFGA, the largest state organic farming group, has already provided over $1.5 million in assistance to more than 50 affected farmers through its PFAS Emergency Relief Fund. The lawsuit, supported by five Texas farmers and ranchers, claims the EPA neglected its duty under the Clean Water Act to identify and regulate PFAS as toxic pollutants in sewage sludge. The plaintiffs seek a court order for the EPA to include 18 specific PFAS compounds in its regulations and to set limits on their presence in sludge fertilizers. The lawsuit highlights the broader national issue of PFAS contamination and the urgent need for stricter regulatory measures.
