Hour 1
Florida’s plan to drop school vaccine rule won’t start for 90 days, won’t cover all diseases Florida’s Department of Health announced that the newly proposed rule eliminating certain school vaccination requirements—including for chickenpox, hepatitis B, Hib, influenza, and pneumococcal diseases—will not take effect until approximately 90 days after its initiation, which began on September 3, 2025. The delayed implementation was timed after the start of the school year, and more critically, the change does not currently include vaccines for serious diseases like measles, polio, diphtheria, pertussis, mumps, and tetanus—those would still require legislative action to repeal. Lawmakers are not scheduled to return until January 2026, though committee meetings begin in October, meaning broader rollback of mandates remains unlikely in the near term. Florida Surgeon General Dr. Joseph Ladapo defended the policy as an expression of parental freedom, stating that parents should control what goes into their children’s bodies. Public health advocates, including the state chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics, warn that this retreat from decades of vaccination policy threatens school safety, especially during a resurgence of vaccine-preventable illnesses. With thousands of measles cases and alarming increases in whooping cough nationwide, opponents argue the delay and partial rollback create both confusion and risk in the state’s public health landscape.
Hawaii joining West Coast vaccine alliance Hawaii has formally joined the newly established West Coast Health Alliance—a regional coalition originally formed by California, Oregon, and Washington—dedicated to delivering unified, science-based immunization guidance to residents amid turbulent shifts in federal vaccine policy. Governor Josh Green, an emergency room physician, highlighted the importance of consistent, evidence-based public health recommendations, especially for an island state vulnerable to disease importation and reliant on robust defenses. The alliance will align state-level public messaging around vaccine safety, efficacy, and transparency, and sustain trust in immunization programs—particularly as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention undergo leadership disruptions and policy upheaval. Participating states will coordinate on guidelines grounded in trust and expertise from medical societies, not political influence, even while retaining flexibility for state-specific strategies. The inclusion of Hawaii underscores momentum toward decentralized public health strategies, as states band together in the absence of clear, credible federal leadership. The alliance aims to preserve immunization access and consistency while reinforcing that vaccine policy should reflect rigorous science and public trust above partisan or ideological interference.

Welcome back to another “Homeopathic Hits” episode on The Robert Scott Bell Show!
On The Robert Scott Bell Show today, we explore Menyanthes Trifoliata—commonly known as Buckbean or Marsh Trefoil.
In herbal tradition, it was used as a bitter tonic for digestion. In homeopathy, it stands out for its peculiar coldness in the extremities, pressure in the head, and its usefulness in dropsical conditions.

Hour 2
RFK Jr. Is Dismantling Public Health. A Fringe Theory May Explain Why Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s ascent to the leadership of the Department of Health and Human Services has brought a fundamental shift in U.S. public health: he is dismantling pandemic-era institutions and replacing conventional science with terrain theory, a discredited concept that attributes illness to internal bodily conditions rather than pathogens. Terrain theory, originating from 19th-century thinker Antoine Béchamp, stands in stark contrast to germ theory—long the foundation of modern medicine—and has seen resurfaced prominence through Kennedy’s influence, amplified by wellness influencers and anti-establishment networks. Under his leadership, the CDC has undergone sweeping changes, including mass resignations, the firing of its director, and the removal of all 17 members of the expert Advisory Committee on Immunization Practices, many replaced with vaccine skeptics. This reconfiguration of the agency coincides with the cancellation of $500 million in mRNA vaccine development projects, a move that alarms public health professionals warning of diminished preparedness for pandemics and broader health emergencies. Kennedy’s fringe beliefs and institutional reshuffle challenge core public health norms—undermining consensus science, reducing trust in vaccines, and prioritizing personal health narratives over collective disease prevention. These actions threaten to erode the structure and efficacy of the nation’s public health system in favor of philosophically driven and pseudoscientific approaches.
Special Guest: Dr. Jeff Evenson
Dr. Jeff Evenson is a Board Certified Doctor of Holistic Health and a retired U.S. Navy veteran, currently serving as the founder and sole practitioner of Evenson Holistic Natural Health Center. Operating from his homestead nestled in the serene Minnesota northwoods, his journey to becoming a holistic practitioner was deeply personal and transformative. For two decades, he served his country as a Chief Cryptologist in the U.S. Navy, followed by 19 years in the field of cybersecurity. This extensive background in technology and service laid a foundation of discipline and analytical thinking, but his career path would take an unexpected turn.
The pivotal shift in Dr. Evenson’s life was spurred by his family’s struggles with health crises for which conventional medicine provided no real solutions. This personal challenge became the catalyst for his return to academia. He embarked on a new educational path, earning a Master’s degree in Health Arts & Sciences. Driven by a desire for genuine healing, he also pursued advanced training in a variety of holistic modalities, including muscle testing, functional nutrition, and homeopathy, broadening his expertise to address health from a comprehensive, whole-person perspective.
Today, Dr. Evenson leverages his diverse professional and personal experiences to help others achieve optimal wellness. His practice is built on a philosophy of addressing the underlying causes of health issues rather than just managing symptoms. Beyond his professional work, he finds joy and fulfillment in his personal life on his homestead, which he shares with his two grown sons, Garrett and Ethan. He also actively engages with the community through his popular “Morning Coffee with Doc Jeff” streams, connecting with a wider audience and sharing his insights on natural health. His passion extends to working the land, a practice that reflects his holistic belief in living in harmony with nature.

Hi There,
I watched the replay of July’s Red Pill Expo. Can you please provide more info on the vax detox you mentioned?
Thank you for your time.

Disposable face masks used during Covid have left chemical timebomb, research suggests A landmark study by Coventry University researchers has revealed that the billions of disposable face masks used throughout the COVID-19 pandemic are now decomposing into environmental hazards, creating what scientists describe as a “chemical timebomb.” With an estimated 129 billion masks discarded monthly at the height of the pandemic, most of these masks—made primarily from plastics like polypropylene—have ended up in landfills or as litter, where they are now breaking down into microplastics and leaching harmful substances. Even masks that remain unused release microplastics when submerged in water, with high-grade FFP2 and FFP3 models shedding four to six times more particles than surgical masks. The majority of these plastic particles measure under 100 micrometers, posing serious threats to aquatic wildlife and ecosystems. Alarmingly, the study also detected bisphenol B—a potent endocrine-disrupting chemical—in the leachate, with an estimated 128 to 214 kilograms released into the environment due solely to mask degradation. The researchers stress that while disposable masks served a critical public health function, their long-term environmental toll demands immediate attention—calling for sustainable mask design, improved disposal practices, and broader public awareness to prevent lasting ecological damage.
