Hour 1

Britain detects first human case of flu strain similar to pig virus Britain has reported its first human case of the flu strain A(H1N2)v, similar to a virus currently found in pigs. The UK Health Security Agency (UKHSA) stated that the individual experienced a mild illness and has fully recovered. This case, detected through routine national flu surveillance, marks the first human detection of this virus in the UK, though similar viruses have been found in pigs. The source of infection is unknown, and close contacts of the case are being monitored. The UKHSA is conducting increased surveillance in surgeries and hospitals in North Yorkshire to monitor the situation.

Child Pneumonia Cases Surge in Europe — As Fears Rise Over Outbreak in China The Netherlands is experiencing a significant increase in pneumonia cases among children, with 80 of every 100,000 children between ages 5 and 14 affected last week. This rate is higher than the peak of the 2022 flu season, which saw 60 cases per 100,000 children. The Netherlands Institute for Health Services Research (NIVEL) has not provided an explanation for this surge. Concurrently, mysterious pneumonia cases in China have raised concerns. Hospitals in Beijing and Liaoning province are overwhelmed with children suffering from pneumonia. Chinese officials have attributed these cases to known seasonal viruses like the flu and RSV, and the bacteria Mycoplasma pneumoniae. The lifting of strict COVID measures at the end of 2022 has left the population vulnerable to these annual viruses, but the reason for the spike in the Netherlands remains unclear.

Fauci Now Says Americans Should Get to Choose if They Want to Take the COVID Vaccine
Dr. Anthony Fauci has recently shifted his stance on COVID-19 vaccinations, advocating for personal choice in deciding whether to get vaccinated. This marks a significant change from his earlier, more assertive stance on the necessity of vaccination, reflecting an evolving perspective on public health policy and individual rights in the context of the pandemic.

Special Guest – Bobbie Anne Cox

Attorney Bobbie Anne Cox, of Cox Lawyers, PLLC, filed the lawsuit in New York State Supreme Court the beginning of April.  The case is all about separation of powers between the Executive branch of government (the Governor and DOH) vs the Legislative branch of government (our State Senators and Assembly Members).  This “regulation” is really a law that the Governor and DOH are illegally forcing on the people.  Only the Legislative branch has the power to make law.  The Governor and her Department of Health do not have the power to force people to isolate or quarantine.  This is a clear example of extreme government overreach.  When one branch of government usurps the power of the other branch(es), that is tyranny.

Appeal Planned After New York Supreme Court Reinstates ‘Quarantine Camp’ Regulation
The New York Supreme Court has reinstated a controversial regulation that allows the state to detain individuals potentially exposed to contagious diseases. Critics, including civil liberties groups, plan to appeal this decision, citing concerns over government overreach and the infringement of individual rights. The regulation has sparked a significant debate about public health measures and personal freedoms.

Got Questions? I’ve Got Answers!
In this article, Attorney Cox addresses a range of legal questions, providing insights and answers based on his expertise. The piece is a comprehensive Q&A session, covering various legal topics and offering valuable information for those seeking guidance in legal matters. It’s a resource for understanding complex legal issues in a more accessible way.
