Sunday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:
In this special Sunday Conversation, I had the joy of welcoming Dr. Bradley Nelson into the studio for a heartfelt and eye-opening discussion. Even before his upcoming book The Heart Code, Brad has lived and led with his heart, and it shows in the way he speaks about healing, faith, and the human spirit. From the moment we sat down, it was clear this wasn’t just going to be an intellectual chat—it was a meeting of hearts and a reminder that true healing begins from within.
Brad shared how emotions become trapped in the body, shaping our health, relationships, and even the choices we make. He explained how these unresolved energies create blockages that can keep us stuck in cycles of pain or self-sabotage. His work is about releasing those blocks so people can step into freedom—freedom from chronic pain, freedom from emotional baggage, and freedom to live the life they’re meant to live. Listening to him break it down makes you realize how much of modern suffering is connected to what we’ve buried instead of resolved.
What stood out to me is the accessibility of his method. Brad doesn’t make this some lofty, elite process that only experts can handle. Instead, he shows how everyday people can learn toidentify and release trapped emotions themselves. It’s empowering, because it means healing isn’t locked away in a system that requires you to surrender your power. It’s right there, within reach, if you’re willing to do the work.
We also touched on the skepticism he’s faced from mainstream circles. The medical establishment is quick to dismiss ideas like this because it doesn’t fit their model of prescribing drugs for every symptom. But Brad reminded us that when someone walks away from decades of back pain or emotional torment after releasing a trapped emotion, the results speak for themselves. No amount of criticism can take away what people have experienced firsthand.
Closing the hour, we circled back to the central theme: healing with the heart. Brad’s upcoming book The Heart Code is about deepening this connection and offering even more tools for people to free themselves emotionally and physically. For me, the biggest takeaway is this—healing isn’t just about fixing what’s broken, it’s about remembering who we are and living from the heart. And as always, it’s a reminder that the power to heal is yours.
