Louisiana reports first bird flu-related human death in US A Louisiana resident over 65 years old has become the first person in the U.S. to die from an H5N1 bird flu infection, health officials confirmed. Thepatient, who had underlying medical conditions, was exposed to the virus through a backyard poultry flock and wild birds. The CDC identified a mutated version of the virus in the patient, raising concerns about potential human-to-human transmission. Genetic sequencing revealed low-frequency mutations in the hemagglutinin gene that were not found in poultry samples from the patient’s property, suggesting that these changes emerged after infection. Although H5N1 has caused over 950 human cases globally, with a 50% fatality rate, U.S. health authorities maintain that the risk to the general public remains low. Officials urge those in close contact with birds, poultry, and dairy cattle to take precautions, as 66 confirmed human cases of bird flu have been recorded in the U.S., including 37 in California alone. Ongoing genomic surveillance and containment measures are recommended to prevent further spread, particularly among agricultural workers and those frequently exposed to infected animals or contaminated environments.
Hour 2 – Special Guest – Mike Colomb
Having been in business for most of my life, and dealing with Federal, State, and local regulations that allow “all forms of government”, to control you and your business is criminal. They may have started out with good intentions but today they are out of control. My wife and I own 3 businesses, all PMA’s, it is truly refreshing to not have to ask for permission to run our own business and help the community with our God given rights. We do not need to be governed and watched by the “authorities” in order live freely. A PMA set up as a Faith Based Organization empowers us to run a business the way we were intended to, freely! It is truly amazing the protections our Nation’s founders gave us in our Constitution and our Bill of Rights. We are powerful in numbers and it’s our dream to see hundreds of thousands of PMA’s across the U.S.A. as fast as possible, this shift could be enough for us to take our Country back. My wife and I are Christians, parents, grandparents, we are Patriots, and we love our Country. We are here to help you succeed in business and life through the Power of a PMA.
What is a PMA? You can legally practice your profession in a properly formed First, Fourth, Fifth, Ninth, Tenth and Fourteenth Amendment Private Membership Association. This means that your association business, and its members remain in the private domain and remain outside the jurisdiction of public law and authority of all state and federal agencies and law enforcement authorities. This right is not absolute, but your association would have to be operating in the realm of a clear and present danger of substantive evil in order to trigger even an investigation. In other words, there should be no concern of being subject to an injunction or criminal charges of practicing medicine, or law, or any other field without a license by law enforcement when practicing your profession within a Private Health, Private Membership, or any other Private Association with only private members, not public patients or clients. Your relationship with your members is a private contractual relationship and according to long settled case law, the State CANNOT impair your right to contract. Your right to contract is unlimited. In order to understand why a Private Association should work for you, a couple of legal principles need to be understood. First, an understanding of the difference between a mala in se crime and a mala prohibita crime is important. A mala in se crime is a “crime or evil in itself,” e.g., murder, rape, bank robbery, etc. even under common-law. A mala prohibita crime is not a “crime in itself” but is only a crime because a state legislature or federal congress makes it a crime for the public welfare.
What is a Church, What is a Church Based Ministry, What is an FBO Faith Based Organizations; are distinguished by a public declaration of their faith along with their nonprofit community purpose. This is established in the founding documents, the articles of Association and the Charter Bylaws. This should also be apparent on a website if there is one. God’s people are the Church. The Church is not a place, it’s not a building, and it’s not a denomination. God’s people who are in Christ are the Church. The Church is the people of the Kingdom of God, the Church is the bride of Christ. We don’t do Church; we are the Church. A Church by definition; The Church is three-fold. The Church comes together (assembles) for the purpose of bringing each member into spiritual maturity (Eph 4:13) The Church reaches out (scatters) to spread the love of Christ and the gospel message to unbelievers in the world (Matt 28:18-20) This is the Great Commission to go out into the world and make disciples. So, the purpose of the Church is to minister to believers and unbelievers. Christian Ministry is the activity and responsibility of the local Church in the fulfilment of its biblically defined mandate in the world

Hour 2
Americans say mysterious fog with ‘chemical smell’ is making them sick just minutes after exposure Reports from multiple states describe an unusual fog with a chemical-like odor that some believe iscausing immediate health effects, including coughing, sore throats, congestion, eye irritation, and lethargy. Affected areas include Texas, Florida, Wisconsin, and several Midwestern and East Coast states. Social media users have shared videos showing the fog lingering for longer-than-usual periods, with some residents noting rapid dirt accumulation in air filters. Experts attribute the phenomenon to natural fog trapping airborne pollutants, such as car exhaust and industrial emissions, intensifying their smell and effect on respiratory health. The article suggests that weather conditions, combined with seasonal illnesses, may explain the reported symptoms, but skepticism remains. Some speculate the fog may be linked to a secretive government experiment, drawing comparisons to Operation Sea Spray, a 1950 U.S. Navy experiment that released bacteria over San Francisco. While no official investigation has confirmed any hazardous airborne substances, concerns persist over the lack of transparency and potential environmental factors influencing public health. Scientists recommend caution but reassure that fog-related respiratory irritation is common, particularly for individuals with preexisting conditions such as asthma or allergies.
Antibiotic emergency ‘could claim 40 million lives in next 25 years’ The global rise of antimicrobial resistance (AMR) is projected to cause up to 40 million deaths over the next 25 years, according to Dame Sally Davies, former Chief Medical Officer for England. AMR already kills one million people annually, with elderly individuals especially vulnerable. Factors exacerbating the crisis include the overprescription of antibiotics and their extensive use in livestock, where 70% of antibiotics are administered to prevent disease and promote growth. Resistant bacteria from intensive farming and poor waste management spread through waterways and airborne particles, amplifying the problem. No new classes of antibiotics have been introduced since the 1980s, as pharmaceutical companies find them less profitable than drugs requiring long-term use. Experts emphasize the urgent need for international action, stricter antibiotic stewardship, and investment in new drug development to curb this escalating public health crisis.
Meta Ends Fact-Checking on Facebook, Instagram in Free-Speech Pitch Meta has announced the removal of fact-checking across Facebook and Instagramas part of an effort to restore free expression on its platforms. CEO Mark Zuckerberg stated that Meta will replace traditional fact-checking with a user-driven “Community Notes” system, similar to the one used by X (formerly Twitter). The decision comes amid criticisms of political bias in content moderation and follows Zuckerberg’s engagement with the incoming Trump administration, including a $1 million donation to Trump’s inaugural fund. Critics argue that this move could enable the spread of misinformation, while supporters applaud it as a step toward reducing over-censorship and mistakes in content regulation. The policy shift reflects broader industry trends emphasizing free speech, driven by tech leaders like Elon Musk, who have similarly eased content restrictions. Zuckerberg acknowledged that past content moderation efforts went too far, emphasizing a cultural shift toward prioritizing speech over censorship.
Pfizer, PhRMA rank among groups pledging funding for Trump’s inauguration: NYT Pfizer and the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America (PhRMA) are among the top donors supporting President Trump’s upcoming inauguration, contributing to a record $150 million in pledges. These funds, part of a broader $200 million effort by Trump allies, will not only support the inauguration festivities but also fund Trump’s political operations and eventual presidential library. The move highlights Pfizer’s evolving relationship with Trump, especially following the contentious 2021 Capitol riots when the company initially paused donations to lawmakers who opposed the 2020 election results. Industry leaders, including Pfizer CEO Albert Bourla and Eli Lilly’s David Ricks, have engaged Trump directly, discussing healthcare reforms and public-private partnerships during meetings at Mar-a-Lago. The donations reflect strategic efforts by pharmaceutical companies to maintain influence amid shifting healthcare policies under the Trump administration. Critics view this as prioritizing corporate interests over public accountability, while supporters argue such collaborations foster innovation in critical areas like cancer research.
FDA limits toxic lead in some baby foods The FDA has introduced voluntary guidelines limiting lead levels in processed baby foods to 10 parts per billion for most products, including fruits, vegetables, andyogurts, and 20 parts per billion for root vegetables and dry cereals. The agency estimates the new rules could reduce lead exposure in infants by 20% to 30%. While manufacturers are not mandated to comply, the guidance allows the FDA to take enforcement action on products exceeding these thresholds. Consumer advocates welcomed the move but criticized it for not addressing lead in grain-based snacks or other toxic metals like cadmium. The initiative follows reports of lead-tainted apple cinnamon puree that sickened over 560 children in 2023-2024, where lead levels exceeded the FDA’s limits by over 2,000 times. Experts stress that no amount of lead exposure is safe for children, as it can cause neurological damage and developmental delays. Some advocates argue that the limits prioritize industry feasibility over public health, while manufacturers like Gerber claim compliance with the new standards. The guidance aims to improve child safety while highlighting the need for stricter oversight of contaminants in baby foods.
