Amalgam Dental Fillings Expose Pregnant Women to Harmful Mercury Vapor Levels
A study published in Human & Experimental Toxicology reveals that even a single amalgam dental filling can expose pregnant women and their offspring to dangerous levels of mercury vapor. The research, analyzing data from 1,665,890 pregnant women in the 2015-2020 National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey, found that all pregnant women with one or more fillings exceeded at least one published “safe” exposure limit for mercury vapor. Amalgam fillings, composed of mercury and other metals, release mercury vapor, a significant source of exposure. The study’s lead researcher, Dr. Mark Geier, emphasizes the relationship between the number of fillings and the mercury levels in urine, indicating that pregnancy may increase the exposure/distribution of mercury vapor from amalgams. This research underscores the potential health risks associated with mercury exposure from dental fillings, particularly during pregnancy, and calls into question the safety of amalgam fillings for pregnant women.

Dr. Monzo’s interest in Holistic Health began in 1998, after suffering from a very severe case of Ulcerative Colitis. When faced with having his colon removed, Alphonzo choose to go all natural because of his faith in the body’s design to heal itself. Throughout his complete recovery, Alphonzo’s passion for natural health grew and because of his past education, he was drawn to study the body’s energy systems. Since 2000, Alphonzo has continued to write papers, research, and help others understand the subtle energy systems and how they affect health. In the last seven years, he has been giving lectures on Electromagnetic Man: Modern Hazards & Amazing Health Technology which covers basic understanding of the bio-energetic systems of the human body along with modern electronics that can interfere with these systems, such as cell phones, Wi-Fi, power lines, and EMFs. He has been a guest speaker at Mustard Seed’s three health-food stores, as well as a guest on Paul Nison’s Raw Life Health Show, Baal Busters, Kate Dalley Show, Connecting the Dots, Heart of the Tribe, Red Pill Expos, Take on the World Conferences, the documentary “The Way: Leaving Churchianity to live like the savior” and many more. He has also given multiple classes and small lectures for the community. Dr Monzo finished his research and book in 2021, on the deepest energy systems in the body which act as bio-energetic communication systems, which he calls the Aleph-Tav Body System. Now, he is working on weaponized pathogens, nanotech, jabs, spreading, copper and other crazy attacks against humanity.

Why eating dessert is actually part of a healthy lifestyle
Incorporating desserts into a balanced diet can contribute to a sustainable and healthy lifestyle, challenging the “all or nothing” mindset often associated with dieting. Allowing for occasional indulgence in sweet treats like donuts, cakes, and cinnamon rolls can make adhering to a healthy eating plan more feasible over the long term. The key is moderation and not completely eliminating these foods from one’s diet. For those with a sweet tooth, there are healthier alternatives and modifications to traditional dessert recipes that can satisfy cravings without compromising nutritional goals. Suggestions include using oat flour for added fiber, reducing added sugars, and incorporating ingredients like Greek yogurt or protein powder to increase protein content. Embracing desserts in moderation can enhance overall satisfaction with one’s diet, making it easier to maintain a healthy lifestyle without feeling deprived.

COVID vaccine mandates may have had unintended consequences, researchers say
An analysis of CDC data by researchers from the University of Arizona at Tucson and Furman University suggests that state COVID-19 vaccine mandates did not significantly alter vaccination rates. Interestingly, states with mandates had lower COVID-19 booster and voluntary adult and child flu vaccine coverage compared to states that banned such requirements. The study examined vaccination rates and booster uptakes before and after the implementation of mandates for targeted groups like state employees. Despite the intention to promote public health through vaccination, the findings indicate that mandates may have inadvertently discouraged the adoption of other voluntary vaccines. This research underscores the complexity of using mandates to increase vaccine uptake and suggests that governmental restrictions can have counterproductive effects on public health efforts.

Mercury Levels in Tuna Haven’t Budged Since 1971
Despite global efforts to reduce mercury emissions, mercury levels in tuna have remained stable since 1971. Researchers analyzed nearly 3,000 tuna samples from the Pacific, Atlantic, and Indian Oceans, focusing on skipjack, bigeye, and yellowfin species, which make up 94% of global tuna catches. The study suggests that “legacy” mercury, emitted years or decades earlier, might be rising from deeper ocean regions and mixing with shallower waters where tuna feed. This legacy mercury does not reflect recent efforts to reduce airborne mercury emissions. Methylmercury, the primary form of mercury in tuna contamination, poses significant health risks, especially to unborn babies and young children. The study, published in Environmental Science & Technology Letters, indicates that even the most restrictive environmental policies could take decades to affect ocean mercury levels and subsequently tuna mercury levels. Researchers call for a global effort to more aggressively tackle mercury emissions and continue monitoring mercury levels in marine life.

Stress Strongly Fuels Cancer’s Deadly Spread
Research conducted on mice has uncovered a significant link between chronic stress and an increased risk of cancer metastasis, particularly to the lungs. This study, carried out by scientists at Cold Spring Harbor Laboratory, demonstrates how chronic stress creates a more conducive environment for cancer to spread by altering the body’s internal environment. The key mechanism involves the release of glucocorticoids, a type of stress hormone, which affects neutrophils, a kind of white blood cell. These neutrophils form neutrophil extracellular traps (NETs), which, instead of serving their usual protective role, facilitate a welcoming environment for cancer cells to grow in new body parts. The study showed that mice subjected to stress after tumor removal experienced a significant increase in metastatic lesions. However, when the pathway involving stress hormones and neutrophils was disrupted—either by eliminating neutrophils, blocking receptors, or dissolving NETs—the increase in metastasis was halted. This research highlights the profound impact of stress on cancer progression and opens new avenues for treatments aimed at preventing cancer spread in patients experiencing chronic stress.

Maternal antibiotic use during childbirth tied to higher risk of autoimmune diseases in children
A study from the University of Oulu, Finland, involving nearly 46,000 children, found that children whose mothers received antibiotic treatment during childbirth are more likely to develop autoimmune diseases, such as type 1 diabetes, celiac disease, and rheumatic diseases. The study, however, found no association between maternal antibiotic use during childbirth and the child’s risk of allergic diseases or asthma. Antibiotics are administered to mothers during childbirth if Group B streptococcus is detected, with nearly one in four women receiving this treatment. The study underscores the potential drawbacks of perinatal antibiotic use and its impact on the child’s intestinal microbiota, which may influence long-term health. While the study establishes a statistical association, it does not prove a direct cause-and-effect relationship. The findings highlight the need for precise prevention methods for Group B streptococcus infections that do not affect the child’s normal microbiota, such as a potential vaccine for mothers.
