Monday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

The Administrative State is Destroying our Country
The United States is increasingly governed by an “Administrative State” rather than elected representatives, posing a threat to the Constitutional Republic. This shift towards governance by regulations and rules issued by administrative agencies, run by unelected bureaucrats, undermines voter influence and accountability. The author criticizes this trend for escaping legislative responsibility and blames it for usurping legislators’ law-making power and violating the Constitution. Highlighting the separation of powers among the government’s three branches, the article contends there is no constitutional basis for a fourth branch—the Administrative State. Through examples like New York’s quarantine camp lawsuit, the author illustrates how administrative agencies have overstepped their bounds, enacting unconstitutional regulations without legislative consent or voter input. The piece calls for action against the Administrative State to preserve the nation’s foundational principles of governance by the people.

Microplastics Found in Every Human Placenta Tested, Study Finds
Recent research has revealed that microplastics are present in every human placenta tested, indicating widespread environmental contamination. In a study analyzing 62 tissue samples, researchers found microplastics in various concentrations, ranging from 6.5 to 685 micrograms per gram of tissue, significantly higher than levels found in the human bloodstream. This discovery raises concerns about the potential health impacts on both fetuses and mothers, although the specific effects remain unknown. The study, published in Toxicological Sciences, utilized a novel high-resolution technique to identify and quantify the presence of microplastics, including polyethylene, polyvinyl chloride, nylon, and polypropylene. The wide range of microplastic concentrations suggests that environmental, dietary, genetic, maternal age, and lifestyle factors may influence exposure levels. The research underscores the urgent need for further investigation into the health implications of microplastic pollution and its ability to cross the placental barrier.

“Concerning” Level of Plastic Chemicals in Food—Even Organics
Consumer Reports testing has revealed the widespread presence of plasticizer chemicals, known as phthalates, in nearly all supermarket foods, including organic products. This contamination underscores the pervasive nature of microplastics and plasticizers in our environment. Phthalates, added to plastics to increase flexibility, were found in 99 percent of the tested supermarket and fast foods, irrespective of packaging type or food category. Even organic foods, such as Annie’s Organic cheesy ravioli and Cheerios, contained significant levels of phthalates. These chemicals are endocrine disruptors linked to a range of health issues, including asthma, ADHD, breast cancer, obesity, type II diabetes, low IQ, neurodevelopmental issues, behavioral issues, and altered reproductive development. The article emphasizes the importance of being aware of these exposures and suggests ways to mitigate risks, such as reducing plastic usage, recycling, using water filters, and choosing natural fabrics over synthetic ones to minimize microplastic pollution.

ICAN Uncovers a Potential Next-Level Threat: “Inhalable” Self-Spreading Vaccines that Spread Like a Virus
The Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN) has raised concerns about a new class of “encrypted RNA” vaccines being developed to spread from person to person, similar to a virus, without individuals’ knowledge or consent. This technology, involving RNA piggybacking onto existing wild viruses, has received significant federal funding. A study on hamsters and the SARS-CoV-2 virus using this technology has been completed, and a Phase I human trial is underway. The PREVENT Pandemics Act, included in the 2023 omnibus appropriations bill, supports the development of such treatments, facilitating funding for ARPA-H (Advanced Research Projects Agency for Health), a new government agency aimed at sparking biomedical breakthroughs. This “therapy” uses Therapeutic Interfering Particles (TIPs), engineered molecular parasites, to hijack resources needed by viruses to multiply, potentially stopping the virus. Critics argue this technology could lead to involuntary, widespread delivery of engineered viruses, altering natural immune systems without informed consent. ICAN has initiated legal actions to ensure individuals are not infected without their express consent and is closely monitoring developments, including a new COVID-19 nasal vaccine, CoviLiv, developed by Codagenix.

More Than 1 In 5 Americans Experience Chronic Pain. Here’s What To Know
Over 51 million Americans, or 20.9% of the population, experienced chronic pain in 2021, with more than 17 million suffering from high-impact chronic pain that significantly reduces daily activities. Chronic pain, lasting at least three months, can stem from various conditions, including arthritis, nerve damage, fibromyalgia, cancer, and obesity. It not only affects physical health but also has a profound impact on emotional and mental well-being, with up to 85% of chronic pain patients experiencing severe depression. Certain demographic groups, such as American Indian and Alaska Native adults, divorced or separated adults, and those with lower family incomes, are more likely to experience chronic pain. Addressing chronic pain is challenging due to its subjective nature, leading to skepticism and misunderstandings about its severity. The CDC’s 2022 clinical practice guidelines recommend a multidisciplinary approach to care, considering physical, mental, and behavioral well-being. Therapies range from medications and physical therapy to neurostimulation and integrative therapies like acupuncture and yoga. Personalized approaches and remote monitoring platforms are emerging to help manage chronic pain more effectively. Chronic pain is a significant public health issue in America, with healthcare costs estimated up to $635 billion annually, highlighting the need for policies and programs to address this condition and reduce healthcare disparities.

Canadian Doctors Admit Covid ‘Booster’ Shot Paralyzed Woman, Offer to Euthanize Her to ‘Make Up for It’
In a distressing case from Ontario, Canada, 37-year-old Kayla Pollock became paralyzed from the neck down after receiving a Moderna COVID-19 booster shot. Following her paralysis, doctors attributed her condition to the vaccine and suggested euthanasia through Canada’s Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) program as a form of redress. Pollock, a mother, described her post-vaccination life as a “living hell.” Initially, she did not experience adverse effects from the first two Pfizer shots but decided to receive a Moderna booster due to potential mandates for visiting her father in a care facility. Shortly after the booster, she experienced episodes of collapse, leading to a diagnosis of transverse myelitis, a condition disrupting nerve signal transmission along the spinal cord. Despite spending months in the hospital and facing pressure to consider euthanasia, Pollock rejected the offers for MAID. Veterans 4 Freedom has since supported her, setting up a fundraising campaign for a service dog. This case highlights significant concerns regarding vaccine side effects and the ethical implications of Canada’s euthanasia policies.
