Sunday on The Robert Scott Bell Show:

In this Sunday Conversation, Super Don and I kicked things off with a little barefoot banter—yes, I was literally barefoot—and some fun about our hairlines, Yerba Mate addiction, and plum-induced sugar spikes. But like most of our best talks, what started light turned quickly into something deeper. I opened up about a topic that’s been stirring in my spirit lately: how our belief systems—especially around health—shape the very terrain of our lives. Germ theory might blame the bug, but I’m more interested in what made the terrain welcoming in the first place.

We honored some of our dearly departed friends in the health freedom movement, like Dr. Nicholas Gonzalez and Dr. Eric Rentz. These were giants who stood for truth when it wasn’t popular—or profitable. Their passing reminded me that this mission isn’t just about supplements and detox protocols—it’s about legacy. I even shared a moment from back in the day when a journalist tried IV silver hydrosol for the first time. It was the first time in medical history that a human being got IV silver hydrosol. The things we were doing that seemed radical then are the solutions people are desperately seeking now.

We dove headfirst into the clash between germ theory and terrain theory—thanks in part to an article Super Don found on Science-Based Medicine taking cheap shots at the terrain model. Buthere’s the deal: terrain theory isn’t about blaming people for their sickness—it’s about liberating them from the idea that they’re helpless victims of invisible enemies. When we take ownership of our internal environment, we take back our power. And trust me, the system doesn’t like it when you realize you can heal without permission.

This naturally led to a broader conversation about unity. When Dr. Kirk Moore stood accused for protecting parental rights during the COVID madness, we saw people from all political backgrounds come together. That moment showed me what’s possible when we stop fighting each other and start standing for something bigger. Whether it’s defending informed consent, homeopathy, or just the right to ask questions, it’s going to take all of us. This isn’t about left or right—it’s about right and wrong.

We wrapped the show reflecting on the spiritual side of health. Super Don shared how he’s been dipping his toe into meditation, and I encouraged him to keep going. Whether it’s prayer, tai chi, or simply gratitude, connecting to the source is part of healing. We weren’t made for fear. We were made for faith, strength, and joy. So wherever you are on your journey, remember this: the power to heal is yours—and it always has been.
